Click Lab Digital – Platform Terms of ServiceLast updated: 29/01/2026These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Click Lab Digital platform, including all associated software, tools, features, and services provided via web application, automation, messaging, AI-powered agents, and integrations (the “Platform”).By accessing or using the Platform, you (“Client”, “User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. About Click Lab DigitalClick Lab Digital Ltd (“Click Lab Digital”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital marketing services and access to a cloud-based platform designed to help businesses manage leads, communications, bookings, automation, and customer interactions.The Platform may include CRM functionality, inbound and outbound messaging, call handling, AI chat and voice agents, analytics, and related services.

2. Scope of These TermsThese Terms apply specifically to your use of the Platform.They are separate from:
  • Website browsing terms
  • Individual service agreements
  • Marketing consultancy or advertising retainers
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement will take precedence.

3. Platform Access & Accounts
  • Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription, trial, or bundled basis, as agreed.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must ensure that all users accessing your account are authorised to do so.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

4. Acceptable UseYou agree to use the Platform lawfully and ethically.You must not:
  • Use the Platform for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes
  • Send unsolicited communications (spam)
  • Violate SMS, email, or telemarketing regulations
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Platform
  • Use the Platform in a way that infringes third-party rights
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:
  • GDPR and data protection laws
  • PECR / ePrivacy rules
  • TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or other applicable messaging regulations
  • Industry-specific regulations relevant to your business


5. Messaging, Calls & ConsentThe Platform may allow you to:
  • Send SMS, email, and other messages
  • Receive and record calls
  • Use AI chat and voice agents to communicate with customers
You acknowledge and agree that:
  • You are responsible for obtaining lawful consent from your customers
  • You control who is contacted and when
  • You must comply with opt-in and opt-out requirements
  • Call recording laws vary by jurisdiction and are your responsibility
Click Lab Digital does not provide legal advice regarding consent or compliance.

6. AI Chat & Voice AgentsThe Platform may include AI-powered chat and voice agents.You acknowledge that:
  • AI agents are automated systems and not human operators
  • Responses may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • AI output is based on configuration, training data, and prompts you provide
  • AI should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or professional advice
You remain fully responsible for:
  • How AI agents are configured
  • What information they provide
  • How they interact with your customers
Click Lab Digital makes no guarantees regarding AI performance or outcomes.

7. Data & Content ResponsibilityYou retain ownership of your data.However:
  • You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data uploaded or processed
  • This includes customer contact data, messages, call recordings, and AI training inputs
  • You confirm you have the right to use and process this data
Click Lab Digital acts as a data processor for platform-related services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services & InfrastructureThe Platform relies on third-party services and infrastructure, including but not limited to:
  • Hosting providers
  • Messaging and telephony services
  • Automation and analytics tools
Click Lab Digital is not responsible for:
  • Outages caused by third-party providers
  • Changes to third-party pricing, features, or availability
  • Data loss or delays caused by external services beyond our control


9. Availability & Service LevelsWe aim to provide reliable access to the Platform, but:
  • Uptime is not guaranteed
  • Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur
  • Features may change, be added, or removed
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

10. Fees & BillingWhere applicable:
  • Fees are charged as agreed during onboarding or via a separate agreement
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

11. Suspension & TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access if:
  • These Terms are breached
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Use of the Platform exposes us to legal or reputational risk
Upon termination:
  • Access to the Platform will cease
  • Data retention and deletion will follow our Privacy Policy


12. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • Click Lab Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • We do not guarantee business results, leads, revenue, or customer outcomes
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 3 months
You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

13. IndemnityYou agree to indemnify and hold Click Lab Digital harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
  • Your use of the Platform
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Failure to obtain customer consent
  • Misuse of AI agents or messaging tools


14. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time.Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
